What happens when I submit my order?
When your order is received, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. Your order will normally
be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email from the USPS Click-N-Ship®
service when your order is shipped, this will include tracking information for your order. If
products are backordered, you will receive an email from us.
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Click
here to for a Return Authorization. The only exceptions are custom made items. We do NOT
accept returns for these items as they are custom made to your specifications.
Show Clothing items may be returned if received back within 14 days of receipt and in original packaging.
Items must show no signs of damage or wear. We guarantee that
merchandise is of high quality and free from defects. If an item does not fit
properly or you chose to return the item, it is your responsibility
for postage and to return unwanted items back to us. A credit will be made
to your credit card when the item is received back.
Can I change my order after it’s submitted?
Yes, send us an email requesting the change to Sales@DiamondsintheRoughOnline.com.
Please be sure to include your reference number. If your order has not been shipped, we will be able
to change or cancel items that you have entered.
What are your shipping rates?
We charge a Flat Fee of $8.95 on all orders up to $150 shipped in the US via USPS Priority Mail®. We
offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders $150 & up. (Free Shipping offer does not apply to International Orders. Please email us for a quote.) Overnight and Priority Services are

How are orders shipped?
Most orders are shipped using the USPS Priority Mail® service. Normal delivery
time is 2-3 business days. Quoted Freight Charges are for Standard USPS Priority Mail® services. If
you require overnight services, please email us for a quote. Orders placed
on holidays are processed the next business day following the holiday. At Diamonds in the Rough by
Michelle, we recognize the following Holidays: New Years’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
