Our Standard Return Policy is the following:

At Diamonds in the Rough by Michelle, we strive to exceed your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

** Please complete our return authorization form
to request a return authorization number.**

Return Guidelines:

• Jewelry that has been used or worn cannot be returned unless there is damage due to a manufacturer's defect.
• All items must be returned in new, unused, unlaundered, resale condition within 30 days.
• Enclose a copy of the Order Receipt, circle the item that you are returning and include your return authorization number.
• We will not accept any returned packages sent C.O.D.
• If your return is older than 30 days you may be assessed a 20% restocking charge.
• Insure your return package.
• No refunds on shipping charges or return shipping charges unless there is damage due to a manufacturer's defect or we have shipped you the wrong item.
